Teaching Reading and Writing the Waldorf Way

In Waldorf schools, children learn to write first, based on drawings of the letters through the fairy tales. Then they learn to read what they have written. Kelly demonstrates this artistic approach used in grades 1 and 2 and explains why it is so effective
